This privacy notice explains how DataTreasure Ltd ("we", "us") collects and processes personal data through the PropertyBoost.ai website and product. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

DataTreasure Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed via this website and the marketing parts of the PropertyBoost.ai product. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form / booking enquiries: name, email address, agency name, message content.
• Booking calendar: when you book via the embedded Cal.com calendar, Cal.com processes your name, email, and selected time on our behalf.
• Analytics: aggregated, non-identifying website usage data — see the cookies notice.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp — retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

3. Lawful basis for processing

We process the data above on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry, securing the site) and, where you submit the contact form, on the basis of your consent.

4. How we use your data

• Replying to your enquiry and arranging an introductory call.
• Improving the website and the product.
• Securing the site against abuse.
• Meeting our legal and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share data with

• Cal.com — calendar scheduling, processes booking data on our behalf.
• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN.
• Email provider — for contact form delivery.
• UK / EU sub-processors operating under Data Processing Agreements.

We never sell personal data to third parties.

6. International transfers

Where data must leave the UK or the EEA, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent adequacy mechanism.

7. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless you become a customer, in which case it is retained for the duration of the contract plus 6 years for tax and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data erased (where applicable).
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
